The Treehorns are led by a monstrous queen, identifiable by her broad head, multiple eyes, wide, toothy jaws, and long antennae. She is also larger than the other Treehorns and somewhat lighter in color.

The Treehorn Queen emerged to confront the Ninja when they began successfully fighting off the Treehorns. Zane challenged her, and his resolve allowed him to unlock his True Potential. He froze the Treehorn Queen with an ice ray, prompting the other Treehorns to flee. It is unknown what the Treehorn Queen's fate is after the events of "Tick Tock", as she is not seen again.
